虽然有关非洲骗术的贴子很多。但我还是忍不住要上来发一个热气腾腾的新骗子。
这几天倒霉。遇到非洲骗子。当然，这个非洲骗子遇到我，也算是他这几天最倒霉的事情了。
顺便插叙一下：免费在B2B注册公司与产品之后，定单没做成一个。非洲骗子倒是遇到了四个。
我决无有意贬B2B的意思，以下数据可以做证：
（1）国内Alibaba：2007-7-25日注册,贸易通连续在线的情况下。至今无定单。损失了无数小时的贸易通聊天时间。收到N多“群发” 祝贺。
（2）busytrade：2007-6-18注册。至今连垃圾邮件都没来一封！（注册成功之后来了一封“welcome to busytrade"的邮件除外）
（3）Ecplaza：2007-8-14注册。至今收到一封来是非洲的邮件（什么都没开始谈就开始说payment term了。可见贫困程度）：

当然。我还是认真的回复了他的。只是他听说我要收样品费之后就没有声音了。
（4）EC21：2007-7-14日注册。目前收到4个询盘。1个加拿大，1个Egypt，1个HK，1个UK，1个west africa.

We will like to Preview at least 10 models of your products becos we will order for 90.000pcs and when we confirm much we can increase it in our trial order by 150.000pcs ,Our reason for the free samples is that this is our First co-peration with your company if we preview the products and test it and know the High Quality of it,we will Successfully Agree with your company to place our order from you,,,,But Mind you for the Sample It must be free becos is for preview to our local market in Abroad and to Our local market here in EUROPE and all our csutomers in Meeeting Only ,,,
Samples agreement and policy /Rules
3. For the samples please Note that you are going to bear the shippment cost of the samples,while we Bear the Custom duty over here becos over here in our country we pay for the custom duty of this products becos they called as Dangerouse Goods but becos we are registered company and have connection with the Federal Goverment so we Bear the Custom Duty over here and it cost a lot about 350 Dollars for 10 pcs at the custom service that is what we pay to custom for 3-4 pcs ,i hope you will understand please,,so for your product i just hope you can accpet to bear the shippment by ** express becos that is the most cheapless Express Service in the world and also EMS express service that is the express service we do use for the samples,,,,,,so i will like you to understand our condidtion and rules and policy becos without listing out our company policy it will be very hard for you to co-operate with us,,
4.. for the Shippment we use our company ** express, for the samples but for the Order we use Air cargo for it,,,So if you agree to the free sample we will send you the address where the samples are to be posted to and our company name,,,
5... Please For the Samples you must make sure it be the best becos our customer will preview it and test it,so please we begg you that the samples must be the best OK,,if you agree to send us the samples then will order our customers from 15 part of africa to Booked for the air plane ticket and come to company so that they can preview the samples and go back there countries until the arriver of the Maximuim Order ok,,,,,
