我做外贸soho的,一直帮一个固定客户采购东西,开始是主要一种,后来慢慢变多了,现在又7-8种东西帮他采购,因为现在各种政策收紧,香港离岸账户不好开,国内一达通不提供服务了,我只有自己开公司了,客户知道我要开公司后,就说想和我开个中国公司作为他们国家总公司的采购部门,负责从中国采购他们需要的东西。但具体细节并没有说怎么个合作发。我现在不知道该怎么回复他:

大部分内容是我发给他的发问邮件,带------------的部分是他回复我的。我不知道现在该怎么回复他了?有人有这方面的经验吗?
因为我帮他采购东西我是可以赚差价的,而且利润率还可以,如果成立了合伙公司,用这个公司来采购东西的话,很多东西对他们都透明了,我可能赚不到差价,只能拿工资了,这是我最担心的问题。
虽然很多细节没讨论,但是我基本看不到对我有利的可能,他们也不可能给我开出天价的工资,而且我自己做的话,虽然他是主客户,但不代表我以后不会有新客户,我能预见到自己以后会越来越好,但是跟他合伙的话,我不知道前途会怎么样?
我又不知道该怎么拒绝,我怕直接说不想合伙,他会找其他人合伙或者以后不下单给我了
有没有大神遇到过,或者已经有大神在跟外国人合伙开公司的?谢谢分享!
