如何发邮件问候长期没有联系的客户?

其实我手头上有很多没有做成功的客户,以前也有过邮件来往,后来就慢慢没有联络了。原因就是客户迟迟没有答复,我自己这边也疏忽了。我个人觉得这些曾经联系过的客户能做成共的可能性还是蛮大的。但是,我应该怎么给客户发邮件呢?尤其是在长时间没有与他联系的情况下。不知你们与客户保持联络的邮件应该怎么写?能否拿出来让我们分享一下?谢谢了。

对客人还是趁热打铁的好
我以前的客人,联系少了。今年给他们发邮件,他们基本上都没有回。

以下是我最近给一些没有联系的客户的回复,今天早上过来也 有几个给我回复了,大家给我看看,是否需要做什么修改?不知道有没有更好的?

How are you? Hope you are fine. I have sent you several letters but no any feedbacks, I don’t know why? Did you get my letters?

Today, one of my Czech client plan to attend to the Canton fair in October which will be held in Guangzhou. He asked me to offer him more details of this famous fair, so I offer him the following link. Well, I don’t know whether you attend to the Canton fair or not. 呵呵,建议LZ看下商务信函的写法,你的信中的N多句都太直接了,我差点因为这个原因被公司开除.呵呵,商务要做到顾左右而言其他,而且要把自己看成一个 Business man 而不是一个地摊,虽然我们和他们做的工作本质上没太多区别.

你这么说是很有道理的。但关于你提供的例子,我觉得客户看到之后回复的可能性也不会很大。当然,其中你是做到了顾左右而言其它。但是老外的头脑可没有接受过博大精深的中国含蓄文化熏陶过,万一理解不过来怎么办?
至于商务信函的写法,我也看了一些。但都是正人君子的手笔。而像我需要的诱导客户能够给我答复的范文没有见到过。能否把你看到的拿出来给我们分享一下? 多谢了。

对, 我觉得也应该这样写. 不会因为很久没联系突然联系而尴尬, 又向客户推销了自己的新产品.

first time you may write as follow:
Dear XXX,
    How are you ?Wish everything well with you and your esteemed company !
    We are in receipt of your letter dated Aug 10 ,and as requested was expressed you 3 catalogues for our refrigeration goods .We hope they will reach you in bue course and will help you in making your selection .
    Wish we will promtoe business as well as friendship!

no any returns u still may write agian like this:
Dear XXXr,
    Good morning! Hope you have got a wonderful weekend!
    For several days no news from you, my friend. Now I am writing for reminding you about our offer for item of **** dated ** ** ** according to your relative inquiry. Have you got (or checked) the prices or not? ( You can add some words to introduce your advantage of your product or something else to attract the customer). Any comments by return will be much appreciated. It will be our big pleasure if we have opportunities to be on severice of you in near future.
    Looking forward to your prompt response,
    Thanks and best regards,
    Yours Faithfully

If still no any response, you can write another one about one or two month later:
    Dear XXX,
    How are you? Hope everything is ok with you all along.
    Now I am writing for keeping in touch with you for further business. If any new inquiry, welcome here and I will try my best to satisfy you well with comptetitive prices as per your request.
    By the way, how about your order (or business) with item ***? If still pending I would like to offer our latest prices to promote an opportunity to cooperate with each other.
