标题: 土耳其客人 Farooq Umer 是个骗子--最近遇到的骗钱方式

土耳其客人 Farooq Umer 是个骗子--最近遇到的骗钱方式

8月9号到10月15号,中间只收到这个客人的5封邮件。回复过去会消失一阵子,然后回来的时候说他生病了,需要到我司及工厂看看,面谈生意。
想着来就来吧,来了再谈看看。结果没想到这个人是个骗子。外贸友人要警惕这种外国人骗钱的形式了,以下是整个的过程:

客人是阿里巴巴上面的客人,以下是客人的信息:

第一封邮件 8月9号:
I'm interested in your company  
dear did you got my message?my id is, wingroup.farooq@yahoo.com

   
当时注意到是从中国发出来的,没有搭理,就没有回复。现在想想也许有可能是中国人冒充外国人骗钱的。

第二封邮件 8月13号:

oh my god please reply me soon

看到这封,想想这个客人有点潜质,于是回复了。

第三封邮件 8月18号:

客人回复了以下长长的邮件,总的有13个问题,感觉这个客人比较慎重,于是一一回复了。
DEAR FRIEND.

              

Thanks for your kind email yes we need such products,but i feel you do not take some time to read my email carefully . please read my all email carefully . just i return back and now i am in turkey . and i have discussed all detail with my boss about your company . and my boss also welling to cooperation with you for long term . to be honest our boss looking for long term cooperation who can give us smooth business supply . and within few days i will inform you about all things after decided from my company management for our cooperation .

  i will call you and confirm you all things etc. if all things ok then within one week i will arrange to visit you in china and we can  talk face to face all our cooperation in your office and can done all things if we will reach any deal .

1- in your website shown all products do you supply ?

2- what is your main products ?

3- we never care if  do not have any factory . if you only have trading company  then also we can make cooperation . because as we know most of trading companies also can provide honest,better and long term service etc . so we looking for good supplier who can help us for supply product from china to turkey , same products which you have shown in your website. can you supply?

4-your company use same way like some company use , such as they force their clients to done all things online , because they do not have any knowledge that how they can sell their products , so always they  prefer and would like done online . and do not want meeting with clients by face to face because they often cheat clients, you also do not prefer to meet your clients?

5- our company is big company and we have big store rooms in different cities in  turkey, and always we need big quantity for put enough stock in our company store room,  like we supply different products in whole turkey , and most of our products line we can find in your website , if you can help us to supply these products for long term ? may be forever?



6- before always we bough such products from middle center or our one  hongkong  supplier , we did not buy directly from direct company in china , this is first time we are looking in china with your company to be a our supplier for long term . if you can be a our honest and long term supplier ?

7- do you have really have physical office ? or only online website company?

8-if you are afraid if i visit your office and we can discuss for our cooperation?and we can done all things like price etc in your office by face to face meeting. can you accept meeting face to face?

9-i can take with me all products list when i will arrive your company and we can discuss about if you can provide all or if you do not have some then  can find for us , we can pay you directly if you do not have some products and you can find for us from other supplier , in this case we  can safe time and no need worry about find different and new supplier , so are you agree about it?


10-we don't care if your company is factory or only trading company , only we need good and long term supplier in china who can take care our product which we need buy from you . if you thing this is ok then i can visit you within 1 week and we can done all things by face to face meeting and then i can place you first order which you can prepare for us . thats ok?

11- do you accept 50% deposit in advance? if you want more than 50% deposit in advance then we can not accept . in our first order we can only pay you 50% or less in advance . and after first order in future we can pay deposit more , because after we can understand eachother and can trust very well , thats ok?

12-please provide your cell phone number i will call you for more quickly conversation ,


13- within one week i want vist you for talk face to face for our cooperation , because i need  report back to my boss for new supplier and done our first order , do you think are you comfortable and agree my suggestion if we discuss all things face to face?


please tell me answer all of my 13 question , because i need as soon as possible  report all things to my boss .and arrange time to visit you .

之后客人消失了很长一段时间,直到10月5号,骗子回复说要到我司。

how are you and your family? long time no see,it's very pity that last time we could not meet each other because of my illness,however i always care about our friendship and business cooperation.  i hope every thing is smoothly for you  my company let me visit your office for our cooperation and i am looking for visit you 。 please let me know your present situation ,now I am in france for some business trip and
12 october i will arrive china beijing and then i will take flight directly to xiamn, and we can discuss much more for our cooperation face to face , if everything ok then i can place first order , i will show you our need after arrivel and then we can done all price etc . online nothing can done and also we are looking for long term cooperation . as you know some trading companies would like done  all thing online such as price and other , but i think thats companies not professional and not real and only need get business in advance and give force their clients to done by online . i hope we can talk and discuss face to face all things for our long term business.

please tell me your mobile and office phone number which i can call you after arrival in china . i will try to get chinese phone number at airport and will call you and you can talk to airport taxi driver by phone  that take me in your office.

dear friend , i am trying to calling you but can not get touch, 16 october i will arrive beijing then after directly i will take flight from beijing to xianm ,when i will arrive xianm then i will try to buy china sim card and call you then you can talk to taxi driver that take me in your office
i will take some child ware sample with me ,and show you and then we can decide final agreement after talk face to face because we need big quantity .

10月16号晚上收到了一个中国的手机号码发出来的短息,15573122051,说他到了厦门,买了个新的手机跟卡6500元,让我帮他跟营业员问多少钱,说那里人不会说英语。看到6500,很惊讶,想着客人肯定被宰了,除非买的是iphone的。(现在想来是骗子为了显示他真的有钱,为后来骗钱的不得已埋伏笔)于是我打电话过去,说没到几句,骗子那边说信号不好,挂掉了。之后收到短息,中文的,营业员的口气说让我跟那个外国人翻译手机跟卡多少钱。打电话过去,显示说是空号,顿时感觉非常奇怪,过后不久收到短息,说他去错了地方,买错了机票到西安了。并且得了感冒(骗子赚感情分的伎俩),要在旅馆住一晚。明天过来厦门。

至此,还看不出多少骗局的味道,只是感觉这个客人比较可怜,去错地方,还感冒等。
第二天收到短息,说他遇到了一个中国人,会讲一点点英语,要去买票了。 没想到等到下午的时候收到短息,说他买票的钱不够,要我们帮忙支付85元。对方还提供了一个中国银行西安支行的账户,6216613600001237959, 并且户主是Farooq Umer。当时马上想到会不会是个骗子,但是数额这么少,并且办理**不是都要**么,也没在意就给汇了。汇完了骗子说没收到。
但是仔细想想,才发现真的是个骗子。也没生气的发短信过去骂,只是玩弄的问问他,真没收到么?真没收到,就去找110吧,或者把手机卖了

这还没完,骗子发短信说要搭晚上的飞机过来厦门,还给航班号跟时间点,估计是网上找的信息。我没回,且等他后来如何继续骗钱。
等到晚上睡觉前,骗子发过来5条短息,说他被那个帮助他的中国人骗了,说好给他买票,结果把他的钱跟**都拿走了。他把手表卖了,只卖了300元,又感冒了,又饿,要做火车到厦门等等,说的及其悲惨
我看他的戏感觉很好笑。想着这骗子骗100元,还得讲蹩脚的英语,中间时间跨度还2个多月,也不容易啊。

写出来,希望外贸友人注意此类的骗局,也是下次骗子就不会骗这么少了。 唯一不明白的就是为什么骗子会有一个外国人名字的中国银行账户。。。。。
