是的,客人经常是半夜还在。最晚应该是晚上11点多。如果我早上早一点,他那里应该是下午5-6点的样子。这个单子我们两个都花了太多的时间,他是第一次从中国进口帐篷,之前从没进口过,连FOB都不知道什么。

LZ好,我也是刚刚入外贸这行的新人,公司目前没有平台,我也是到处注册免费的平台,但是目前除了中国制造有回复一些询盘不搭边的询盘外,其他网站都没有给我带来询盘。
Lz能不能分享一下客人是通过哪些网站,想您主动询盘的?
期盼您的答复。

说实话,通过免费的B2B来的询盘很少。我们做过一年的阿里巴巴,除了上面的询盘外,我的最主要的一些询盘都是开发信发出来的。注册B2B只是宣传自己,是在被动的等客人,有可能也会有人问,但是效果可能不是很少。一定要主动出击,持续跟进,因为好多客人很懒的。

我最开始用的是foxmail,后来我们公司买了一套CRM软件,有群发邮件的功能。不过我不建议群发,除非是去哪里参展,需要把所有潜在客户通知一遍。群发给人印象很不好。

关于找邮箱,我都是在google上搜,还有一部分是我自己用软件搜,长期下来积攒的。

中间插点小技巧,如何保存Skype聊天记录。

我最开始的时候也不知道Skype聊天记录可以保存,当时花了好长时间摸索这个问题,在Skype的安装目录里根本找不到聊天记录的。后来发现原来Skype的聊天记录存在C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Skype\文件夹下,有个以Skype用户名命名的文件夹。一般Application Data文件夹是隐藏的,取消隐藏就可以看到了。这也是过了这么长时间,重装过系统,换过电脑后仍然可以回忆起来的原因,多亏了聊天记录。
