看看沃尔玛销售人员是怎么回复询盘的--如何索要客户公司情况和具体要求?
之前很困惑世界500强的员工是怎么回复客户邮件的,于是很好奇的我在官网发了封询盘给沃尔玛一个产品品牌的经理,对方友好的回复了我,但是在第三天才回答的我,由于我的询盘很简单,对方需要知道我更多的信息以判断我的真实性已及报价的准确性,给了我封模板式的回复,虽然有点官腔,但是相信对不能很好应付客人一句询盘的同志们来说还是很有借鉴意义的~

-What is your question regarding this product(s)?
-What is the item’s UPC number? ( the 11 digit numbers under the bar code of the item, or the series numbers between the item description and the price on your receipt. )
-If no UPC#, please describe the size, color, use, etc. of the product.
-What is the Batch or Lot Code number? ( this can be found on either the packaging or the container, normally near the expiration date ).
-When is the Best By or Expiration Date of the product?
