外贸新手接听电话不要慌

[font=楷体_GB2312][size=2]新手一枚,英文水平也很菜,在论坛逛了一圈,总结了下各位前辈关于新手接听电话的常用语,再结合之前自己收藏的在别的地方看到的相关内容,整理好发上来跟大家分享一下,希望对像我这样的新手有所帮助~

接 电 话: 在看到国外电话区号时,第一时间准备好纸笔,方便记录,深吸一口气,保持微笑!

1.礼貌的问候"HELLO",然后"This is xxx speaking",担心对方一来就叽里呱啦一堆,可以等对方讲完一句时马上插进去说: "Excuse me, may I ask who's calling? 或 May I have your name please?"
   没听清对方名字时讲“I‘m afraid I didn't catch your name [ surname姓], Could you say it again or can you spell that, please?”

2.记下对方名字, "XXX, Glad to talk/speak with you”然后问他" Where are you from, please?"

3.接着问“May I help you? 或 What can I do for you? ”

4.若对对方没印象,可问一句"Have you sent the email to me before?",“When?”

5.听不清对方说话时可说“I‘m sorry, I can't hear you very well, Could you speak up/louder, please?”
   信号不好就说:“The line 's bad, could you repeat what you just said, please? ”想要对方讲慢点就说“ Could you speak more slowly, please?”

6.如果对方说的实在听不懂可讲“I'm afraid I didn't  quite catch that  或  I can't follow you” 可以要求对方解释一下“ I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand, Would you mind explaining it again?”

7.纠正对方错误时:(举个栗子,重点在句式)
   Actually, It's16, not 60.(事实上,是16,不是60)
   I'm sorry, but I think there's been a misunderstanding. the payment's due next week, not next month.(不好意思,但我认为这里有点误会,这笔账下周到期,而不是下个月。)
   I‘m sorry, but that's not quite right.......(不好意思,不是这样的。。。)

8.确认自己是否理解正确:
  “so, if I understand you correctly ... (所以如果我理解正确的话。。。)”
  “When you say... do you mean ...?”(你说的..., 是... 的意思吗?)

9.如果你最终担心自己理解和记录的会有所遗漏,那你就说:“I understand what you said, but could you send an email to me to confirm, please?"  
   或“I'll send an email to you later for confirming”。然后记得问客户是否知道你的邮箱地址.

10.结束时不要忘记加上一句"Thanks for your calling!"

注意:你的语速很重要,如果英语不太好,你就讲慢点,吐词清晰,一来方便对方听,二是他也会有意识的将语速放慢。[b][/b]
