我是如何鉴别这个非洲客人的(希望大家都能看看)
做了几年的外贸,为了帮助那些新入行的,减少DDMM们上当受骗的机会,我把我的真实的和非洲骗子来往的经历下下来,希望这些经验能对大家有点帮助,毕竟非洲也是个很有潜力的市场,对于该市场的客人,要有区别性地对待,我把我如何甄别这个假客人的经历发出来:
我在Alibaba上联系了这个非洲的客人,在2007-01-21,我收到公司名字为"SATO INVESTMENTS" 的邮件,上面写道:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you very much for your mail through alibaba.com as all the contents were well noted and understood.
非常感谢您来自alibaba的邮件
Firstly, we want to introduce our firm to you as one of the leading importers, wholesalers and distributors of all kinds of foods here in Benin with excellent reputation through our many years experience in the above mentioned field.我们在你们的产品这个行业从事多年,是一个比较大的进口商,批发商兼零售商
As a matter of fact, we are very much interested and willing to do a lasting and profitable business with you for the supplies and distributions of your products here in Benin and we further confirm that we will be importing these said products from you regularly in bulk quantity.我们很愿意同你公司做成长期的贸易,我们确认我们将大量进口你的产品

Now we want to extend our business in Africa and want to find a good buyer as our agent in Africa at the same time. We can provide our competitive price for the agent to extend the Africa market on mutual benefits. To achieve the above aim, we want you to know it that your company has to be registered with the Benin public health authority as to obtain a health certificate that will allow us to have a free importation and marketing of your products here in our country and other west African regions....... Kindly confirm your acceptance to this so that we can proceed further.为了达到以上的目标,我们希望你们公司在我们贝宁的卫生部门注册(因为我们是做食品的,食品需要卫生注册很正常,所以我也无法怀疑客人的真实性,暂且下面按照他的要求回复),以便更好的开拓其他市场

Thanks for your reply very much! Our business is very well this year because more and more clients prefer our good quality goods.Hope your business is also quite very well, too.我们的生意非常好,希望你的也很好
We are very glad to hear that your company is willing to be our agent and sole agent .At present we didn't register with the Benin Public Health Authority. But we will do that determined by the prospect of our cooperation. Herein are some questions we have to know to make the decision:我们很高兴你们愿意作为我们的代理,目前我们没有向你们政府卫生部门注册,但是根据我们将来的合作情况来决定是否注册,下面是一些我们想知道的问题:
1.The freight from our country to your port is a little high.Pls kindly take this into account and make sure that you can make benefit and our good can be sold well at the same time.请确认到你们国家的海运费,海运费稍微有点高(之所以这么说我想通过海运费并且结合当地市场的情况来核算我们的产品是否有优势,因为我们的是冻柜,事实上证明我们产品过去后的确有优势,因为相同的产品他们经常从美国或者欧洲进口,即使除掉海运费我们产品也绝对有优势,所以这个方面也无法鉴定客人的真实性)
2.If we have the approval of the Benin Public Health Authority, how about the probable quantity can be sold per year by your business coverage on the conditions of you are our sole agent in West Africa?如果我们注册后并且指定你们为我们的独家代理,你们在西非的销售情况将会怎样?
3. How about the fees and how many days to get the Benin Public Health Authority approval? 请问在贝宁的注册费用和注册时间是多长?(我就顺着客人的意思来,也没有其他的理由说这个客人是骗子,毕竟做外贸的也知道,找一个客人不容易,所以我想宁可多了解下这个客人也不要做出这个客人是骗子的结论)

1. Yes we do know it very well that freight from your country to our port is a little bit higher and as such we have already noted that.我们已经注意到运费很高,这个没有问题(事实上也的确,我们的产品有优势,而且客人说他已经注意到这个了,是不是他经常做这个生意的?在我们报价后马上就核算?如果真的是这样的话这个客人还算不错的)
2. Like we made you to know, our business covers about six(6) countries in West Africa and probably each of this branch will be needing like two(2) to three(3) 40" containers every month and that brings it to 12 or 18 40" containers each month.我们在西非六国都有销售点,每个国的销售点基本上是一个月2-3个集装箱,也就是说我们一个月能够销售12个到18个集装箱(这些话我也找不到十足的证据来反驳,毕竟我们卖的是食物,而且价格比当地的都低,能卖这么多,也不会奇怪)
3. The Benin Public Health approval certificate will take just three(3) working days to obtain and it will cost you a total sum of 2,500 Euros, Be inform that this CERTIFICATE will enable us market your products here in our country and in all the countries of our business coverage.在贝宁只需要3天时间来获得这个证书,费用是2500欧元,有你的证书后我们就可以在我们的销售网络中销售你们的产品了(我仔细想了想,也有道理啊,国家虽穷,但是卫生注册应该还有的,所以我也没有找到理由去说明他是骗子)

As the sole agent, there is no problem if your company can import the approximate quantity as you said! I’m also very glad to hear that you have taken the freight into account! 我告诉客人说如果能够真实卖到这么多,那作为我们的代理是没有问题的
Here come some other problem, first I think we should make sure there is no quota limit on the food in your country!我让客人确定去他们的市场没有配额限制Second, we need your help to make sure that your government allow our country exported to your country when we register with your public health Authority!我让客人再次去确认如果我们卫生注册后,那么我们产品可以顺利进入他们国家市场Third, my personal suggestion, you should come to our company and have a visit first, you can know us better and we surely will afford the fees of registration and we can sign the sole agent agreement immediately when you are in our factory, that means all thing will be very easy. 我建议客人来我们公司,那样的话事情就好办多了(事实上我提这么多建议和问题一方面是为了拖延时间,我要从其他方面验证客人的真实性,另一方面如果客人的确是真实的话,这些都是我们必须要知道的)
I'm waiting for your comment! By the way, I can feel you will be a good and repute buyer. There is another client in Benin and requested the same thing as you which I have said we need to consider that carefully.我跟客人客气了下,说感觉到他们的确不错,而且我还卖了个人情,我说还有其他的客人也想作我们的代理,但是我说我们要多考虑考虑,事实上目前我没有联系到其他的客人作为我们的代理,我是想试探下这个客人的态度,如果他真的是生意人的话,不会这么乐意把到手的肥肉拱给别人的

Yes, I will be willing to visit your Company if am allowed by the authority of our company but it will NOT be until you must have obtained the Health Registration Certificate because that's what will give us the assurance that we are your SOLE AGENT and we must come to your country CHINA after our first consignment.

4. By your mail, we've come to know that you already have an AGENT in our country who have also requested you to present to them your Health Registration Certificate, Be well inform that we are NOT ready to fight for the SOLE AGENT/DISTRIBUTORSHIP with any firm and as such we advise you to STOP all your contacts so that we give 100% of what you want about your products.

我没有马上回复这个客人的邮件,我需要从其他途径了解这个客人的真实性,在这个时间我去我们国家商务部([url]www.mofcom.gov.cn)[/url]在这个国家的分机构的网站(这点对于新做外贸的或者跟一个以前没有做过外贸的国家做外贸很重要),了解到以下几个问题:
1. 这个国家的官方语言并不是英语而是法语,所以我有点怀疑这个客人了,说这么好的英语,是不是从尼日利亚来的呢?
2. 上面的有商业诈骗警告,说有贝宁的骗子让我国的企业做什么注册什么的.于是我有50%肯定这个客人是个骗子了,可是这个也不是十分的直接的证据说这个客人是骗子,于是我打算继续跟这个客人玩下去
在上面我又查到了两个联系方式,一个是我们国家的驻贝宁的商务部工作人员,我让他们帮我查询下这个公司的真实性,结果这个路走不通,发了N长时间的邮件愣是没回我(后来也没回我,不过我后来因为其他的问题咨询了加纳的办事处,回复的很快),不知道是忙还是怎么的.没办法,我等不了那么长时间,后来我又在上面查到了贝宁的类似我国商务部的网站,找到联系方式,给他们的BOSS写了个邮件,就是让我帮忙调查下那几个公司的真假(都是我从ALIBABA上找来的他们国家的客人),也没有很快回复(不过我后来收到了他们的回复,很正式的,我会贴出来),这个期间我不能让客人等太长时间了,所以我就写了个无关紧要的邮件给客人,如下:
Dear Harrison,
Thanks for your reply very much! I have learned with your email carefully. And today we are now discussing about the process of registration and other details. Once there is any news, will keep you well informed! Pls kindly wait! 谢谢您的回复,我仔细研究了你的邮件,我们现在正在讨论注册的问题,如果有任何消息,我们将尽快通知您,请耐心等待(事实上我在等我们国家的商务部的贝宁机构的回复和贝宁商务机构的回复)
I have given your company the priority (to be our sole agent), so pls don't worry about other company!
关于代理方面,我们将把优先权给你们公司(实际上也没有其他公司好给的……)

这个时候我还没有收到我们国家的商务部的贝宁机构的回复和贝宁商务机构的回复,于是我决定实施另外个计划,毕竟骗子心是虚的,我故意不回复这个客人的邮件,我让客人自己心里去想去,大概过了3天左右,我觉得是时候了,就写了下面的邮件给客人:
Dear Mr. Harrison,
Morning! Sorry for my late reply! 首先是抱歉这么晚回复他
Because we have received several business fraud alarms in allusion to Benin Republic from our Commercial Ministry, we have to reconsider all decision we will make with our partner in Benin. I surely regard you and your company as a repute one but we need a elaborate information about your company for file! So, would you pls kindly help me to prepare a elaborate file for our management? Many thanks! 我说因为我们收到了我们商务部在你们国家办事处的同事给我们公司的诈骗警告,所以才这么晚了.因为收到这些警告,我们需要重新考虑我们在贝宁的合作伙伴,我当然认为您是一个很有信誉的公司,但是我们还是要一个很详细的关于你们公司的资料来备案,你能帮我们准备下这些详细的资料吗?多谢

结果证明,骗子心总是虚的,这个客人果然一去无影踪,呵呵,这场鉴别赛,I win.后来我收到了贝宁的商务处给我的调查结果,如下,证明了我是正确的。后来又联系的其他的几个非洲客人,也用了同样的方法,呵呵,同样有效.下面是贝宁的商务处发给我的回复:

我印象中好像有客户用的这个邮箱,yahoo.co.uk, 我曾经也遇到过非洲的客户,打了半年的回合,最终没有接受客户的L/C,怕怕,让他改银行,他死也不改,还说他们银行是很有信誉的.关键是一个单好几万,不要样品,太值得怀疑了.其实很多骗子,在互相沟通的过程中,多少能看得出来一点苗头的.
