申请PAYPAL帐号教程

首先说明一下，贝宝，即在[url=http://www.paypal.com/cn/]http://www.paypal.com/cn/[/url]申请的帐号是不能接受美金的。另外，你在[url=http://www.paypal.com/]http://www.paypal.com/[/url]申请的美金paypal帐号是不能够和贝宝帐号互通的。那么没有信用卡能不能申请美金paypal帐号呢？答案是：能！
　　好，我现在就说一说美金paypal申请的全过程：
　　申请地址：[url=http://www.paypal.com/]http://www.paypal.com/[/url]
　　点击网页右上方的Sign Up，进入下一个页面，然后就是选择帐号类型了：
　　Personal Account-个人帐号
　　Premier Account-优先帐号
　　Business Account-商业帐号
　　按照默认，选择“Personal Account”即可；然后网页下方是选择你所居住的国家，在下拉菜单中选择“China”，当你选“China”时，系统会自动再出来一个下拉菜单，提示你选择货币种类，有两个选项，一个是Chinese Renminbi，一个是Global Currencies，这里要选“Global Currencies”，如果你选第一个的话，你的帐号实际上就是个贝宝帐号，是只能使用人民币的。
　　选好后，点击按纽“Continue”继续到下一个页面。就是填表了：

　　四个安全问题有上而下分别是：

　　然后下面是两个条款，把两个“Yes”都点上，下面黄色的小图片就是验证码，照样填入即可。
　　然后点右下角的“Sign Up”，进入下一个页面，就是填入信用卡信息了，不用担心，看到这句话：
　　＂You may add a credit card or debit card to your PayPal account now, or at a later time.＂
　　即：“你现在可以添加信用卡信息到你的paypal帐号，或者以后添加”。
　　那咱们现在就不管，点击右下角的“Cancel”进入下一个页面，就是告诉你还需要电子邮件激活，点击“Continue”就可以进入帐号了，不过还没激活。
　　下面进行激活：登录你刚才填的邮箱，看到“[url=mailto:service@intl.paypal.com]service@intl.paypal.com[/url]”给了你一封标题为“Activate Your PayPal Account!”的邮件，打开邮件，点击黄色方框里面的“Click here to activate your account”，打开一个新页面到了paypal，提示你输入密码，输入你的密码即进入下一个页面，说你已经完成了电子邮件的确认，点“Continue”，进入帐号了。
　　呵呵，至此，你就拥有一个美金paypal帐号了。

Receiving Payments

Managing Your Account

Manage currency balances - To open or close a currency balance, or to transfer funds between currency balances, click on "Currency Balances" link in your Profile.

Withdrawals - All non-U.S. members may withdraw funds to a U.S. bank account. 我问一个最简单的问题，假如我申请到了，然后我在英文的ebay上做生意，比如卖美服魔兽世界的帐号，或金币或代练
对方的钱能不能打到我申请的帐号里？

如果打到了，请问我怎么拿到这些钱（最关键的问题）

当然可以了。

其实具体情况和阿里的支付宝差不多的情况。
你可以问下ebay中文的客服，得来的消息会差不多，再看看其网站上的说明，应当就能完全明白了

以前不是有福友说过帐号里的钱取不出，但可用于网上购物，或者转帐。

paypal太容易拒绝付款了 ,稍微有一点外贸常识的人都知道

8楼的：Paypal 付款很方便，过去收款只能留到帐号里，等着再从网上花出去，除非你有美国银行开户的帐户。现在好象支持中国的银行了，只是需要20USD手续费，还没有用过。

不能拿出来？只能转帐？那我们的用法少了点啊

现在Paypal推广期间，电汇费用是20美金，国内的双币银行账号都可以的

不过，如果经常从Paypal收美金的话，最好申请一个招行香港分行的“两地通”，从Paypal转到香港的银行不扣费，但有一点汇率损失。

香港招商的一卡通挺不错的，手续费低，

在使用过程中也要注意很多问题.比如帐上的钱不能全取光,至少得留200美元左右.
而且还要等3天以后才能去取,
PAYPAL帐户最好是只在一台电脑上操作.
还有很多相关的注意事项.如果有哪方面弄不好就会被冻结掉!

钱到了PAYPAL上要找人兑换的。

用PP太麻烦了，取现麻烦，限制多，容易冻结！适合用PP与否你的产品也是关键！现在一笔汇到国内升到了35美金了，贵！:)

我本来也想申请一个的，但是没有信用证，后来就没有有去申请了，不过我也在想是不是有了信用证收现就不会那么麻烦了呀？
