请求大虾帮忙翻译下面的东东:
1.破损率为千分之六.
2.执行标准为中华人民共和国国家行业标准.
3.卖方佣金免付,卖方从国家出口退税中获取.(退税率5%)
4.运输报关和港口费, 地方税,国家税(增值税).
5.一柜包干费 (集装箱),托盘包装费,纸箱包装费.

另: 求几份制式的或者大家常用的报价表(英文的),如果能提供些报价时的注意事项最好,谢谢好心人.:)

自己先试着翻译下，然后大家帮你改改

1. The breakage rate is 0.6%
2. It applies to China Industry standard
3. Seller's commision is not included, for it can be got from tax refund(5%)
4. fee of transportation and declearation, local and national tax (VAT)
5. lump sum (a container), package fee for pallets and cartons

3.卖方佣金免付,卖方从国家出口退税中获取.(退税率5%) Commission-free for the sellers, and rebates from the export tax is available.
4.运输报关和港口费, 地方税,国家税(增值税).Transportation, custom clearance, local taxes, the State Tax(VAT)
