回复的邮件是什么样的语气？

大家好，客人给了我一个询单，但是因为图纸尺寸不齐全，我昨天给客人回了一封邮件，但今天看了后感觉怪怪的，不知道语气什么的对不对，原文如下，请大家指点，谢谢先。
Thank you for your prompt reply.

Surely we will show you our quality and price by our quotation,samples and mass production later.

But we need to know more details about this dust cover,for example,is the metal ring bonding to the rubber parts by adhesive during the rubber molding or fix to the rubber parts after it was made?we also need to know more dimension details to make a quotation and sample.Enclosed I send you our dust cover drawing,compared with yours,I think we need more dimension details.

I will inform you the lead time for both mass production and for a preliminary samples batch for evaluation in volume of 100 units when I know the more details of your dust cover.

是感觉断句不是很好似的，不够简洁．．．
不过这东西很难说．．．自己对看几次，改改．．把自己想表达的都表达到位了就行了．

Hello ,


I have received e-mails from you and from your company several times during the past few years.

We are currently looking for a dust cover for one of our upcoming projects.

Attached you will find a drawing of the dust cover that we require.



Please quote a price for 20,000 pieces.

Please keep in mind that the dust cover must be made of T.P.U – Polyurethane and also include the metal ring (sheet metal) that goes on the dust cover.



I will of course need to know your strongest lead time for both mass production and for a preliminary samples batch for evaluation in volume of 100 units.  



We see quality as a first degree, before prices. If your quality will be approved by our quality department and if your prices will be competitive then we will add you as one of our suppliers for those components.

请问是不是因为我用的长句太多了所以不好理解啊 ？

你的回覆并沒有根據客戶的郵件。。。而且。。你在排序上有問題。。看你說你對客戶發來的設計圖不清楚（貴司有工程師嗎？工程師也不清楚嗎？）如果工程師不清楚，要工程師把不清楚的地方告訴你，然後你再回覆。。建議你把你的郵件分成2部分。第一個就是針對不清楚的地方提出疑問！Surely we will show you our quality and price by our quotation,samples and mass production later.你這句寫的太長，而且不夠禮貌。好像還不太準確。。。SHOW QUALITY？？？客戶是讓你報價。。。。PS：如果弄清楚了。就基於客戶數量及相關要求直接進行報價，如果是OEM/ODM的話，貨期最好是多報5-7天。。樣品交期。。第二，真誠的表示愿意為客戶提供更多服務。。。

以上純屬個人意見。。我這中文寫的比你的英文還長。。。哈哈哈哈哈:lol :lol :lol :lol

谢谢LS 的，因为客人的邮件里强调了质量的重要性，我就在第一句回了“Surely we will show you our quality and price by our quotation,samples and mass production later”（我们稍后会通过产品的报价，样品和批量生产来证明我们的产品质量和价格）他提供的图纸上缺了很多的尺寸，所以我就将我们自己的类似产品的图纸发了一份给他做对比，不知道是不是刺激到他了 :L

因为这封邮件抄送了他们公司和我们公司的许多人 ...

暈了，你的英文水平太好了。。質量是不需要證明的。。只要你有信心就OK。。而且價格和質量是對應的。。而且質量這東西沒有最好只有更好。。。。個人認為。。。你這句話絕對多餘！

关键是他强调了质量，所以我只好说通过样品和批量来证明了....
