求助 怎么回应客户的这个要求？

我们在菲律宾有个客户，也还不是老客户，只是现在和他有2笔单在谈着。

他现在提出这么个要求： 简单来说就是要我们把他们所在地的客户经由他们手上来完成交易。他们呢会把他们收到的需求全部交由我们公司做。

xxx company(客户公司) will be your only trading partner here in Manila. Meaning if once customer here in Manila contacted you for inquiries, you will inform the customer to pass thru xxx company(客户公司). In short, all documents will be this way: yyy company(我们公司) to xxx company(客户公司) then to customer here in Manila and vice versa.


这样答应他的话我们是不是亏了``````？？？

应该怎样去回复他？？

最好不要同意，不然以后你们麻烦了
同意的话，一定要有协议
最起码要有业务量的要求

要求他每月/每年达到多少的业务量好？

有没有遇到过类似情况的？ 现身指点下

除了量的要求

还有其他要注意的吗
