样品寄后无回音该如何办？

我有个奶嘴的客户，通了10来封邮件，基本信任我了，上封邮件都还说要和我做生意，可是样品寄过去了没有回音，我发过2封简短的邮件过去询问他是否收到我们的样品，一直都没有收到回信，该如何办？

打个越洋电话吧，如果不是单纯要样品的话。

恩还是打电话确认好， 大家心里都有数了~

:) 谢谢各位提出的建议，我后来又写了一封邮件过去，这位客户说对我们的样品非常满意，正在研究。。。。

可以再跟一封邮件，问问详细的情况。告诉客人，任何建议对我们来说都是宝贵的。希望他在有空的时候能给予回复。谢谢。

Yes , I got the samples

The quality of the silicon you send was very good

But, the nipple valve on he top is not what we need.

As the hole is so wide that it release all mile and can not control the airflow

We may be use your products for our regular baby bottle but not for the anti colic one

So please give us 5 more day to confirm with the scientific office if they would like to go on with the regular baby bottle or not.

I will let you know after the holiday, in USA

Note because of your great help we would like to send you the sample of the old nipple we have, and what we have now , hopping that we can get the mold made to do the same.

后来我再问他，又没反应了。这次我真的是不知道怎么回事了。他又说样品没问题，好像也挺有诚意的。但是我又写了几封信还是没回音。真不知道要怎么办了。。
