如何说得委婉点

客人要我打样,数量很多,总共有一百多件吧,


经理要求说三位样品费用,下单还没有退返这笔样品费用,

现在客人只同意付两倍样品费用,但下单时这样品费用要返的.

我要怎么和客人说呢,

帮我看看修改下:

It is ok to do all the  samples , as you know there are 36 items ,(36*3=108PCS ) and we should sort out all the fabric and others , it needs time and money ,so we need to charge 3 times ,now you only agree to pay 2 times . it is not enough for us to pay the material cost and workers' wage .

So OK ,pls meet each other halfway ,  we agree to charge you 2 times price but it can't return to you .

客人回邮件了,同意了,可是付款方式上又有些问题了,大家再帮忙下:

So this money we will send you a deposit 50% now so you can begin to make the sample and the balance 50% after you send out the samples.

客人的回复如上

我回复如下,大家帮忙研究下:

We agree  you to pay 50%  ($529 )at now ,but the balance 50% ($ 529) should be pay before we ship out the sample !

When we finish the sample ,i send email to you ,or give you the photo ,then you pay the balance to us ,then we ship out the sample to you . do you think it is ok ?

If you ok ,will pay them to us at this afternoon ? so that we can begin at tomorrow .
