这些是什么证书？认证？帮帮忙吧！

最近一个巴西客户说让我给他提供三个文件:( ，我是新手，不知道这些文件的专业名称，请高手帮忙看看，如果能告知如何办理那更感激不尽了;P
文件要求如下：
[b]1。Legal document, issued by the outer establishment owner, that authorizes the representative in Brazil to act at the Agriculture Ministry, for all regulation requests, for the eventual offenses and penalties and product’s register current obligations;

2。Certified with consular authorization that states the establishment has property and manufacturer official authorization on the origin country;

3。Official certificate for free sale register or authorization with consular visa or, even, exclusive manufacturing authorization for product exportation at the origin country, specifying the composition;[/b]

一般化工品，具体为食品添加剂

使馆认证和农产品认证       这个你可以问一下当地的贸易促进会
