请外贸高手帮忙

我与这个美国客人邮件联了一个多月,细节问题都谈好了,前个星期说好了打款,银行帐号发给他了,可他汇款时把 Beneficiary Name 写成我的工厂名字了,到现在7天了款还没有收到,昨天他还发邮件说:We double checked with our bank acount, and accountant as well as personel at the bank. The transfer was completed to the bank account you provided us to send to on the 14th of this month. Fund transfer was completed to the account you provied us with. We have since asked the bank 2 more times and they said the transfer was accepted at the bank details you sent to us. We have never had a problem with the wire of money as we do a lot of business wireing money.
   I do not understand what you are saying about the payee being wrong. The transfer is the exact, identical information you sent for us to transfer to. I am starting to worry about this and have have never had this happer with hundredss of transfers we have made.  What is it you are asking us to do? We can not get the money back from the transfer. We made transfer correctly. It has been checked several times by our bank and our accountants. This is causing much grief for us
