没见过这么不讲道理的客户!

我联系的一个新客户,他说要我提供样品,我说可以,如果不开末的话免费,但是快递费到付,你到是没有诚意还不说,而且还很凶!下面是我们的邮件给你们评价评价!
这种客户不做也罢!

    你可以委婉一点解释一下
As you know, usually, many customers ask for free samples, then we have to pay for samples and freight cost, from our      Finance Data, it shows that we suffered a big burden on the samples. Therefore,our company make a rule, that is, we pay for samples, the freight cost will be our customer's account.

"if  you are not sincere to do business, i don't want  waste my time! JACKIE" 这句话确实是让人很不舒服,想想如果你是客人的话当然也想争取不出快递费,很同意楼上的说法,楼主这时候要委婉一点的,太直接就吓跑了客人。

我是楼主我也这样说他。他算个毛啊。单子还没下,就想什么都免费,好像全世界就他有钱采购一样。

另外,出现这种情况,一般是楼主发开发信找来的客人。他本身早就有供应商了,多一个不多,少一个不少。还是等客户自己找上门的比较有诚意。

可以要求客户到付,但是你为什么要把真不真诚这词加上呢,这让人很反感,本来做生意就是诚信,如果他不愿意付的时候再委婉点

i will send you sample free of charge but the express will be collect it's our company regulation....hope you understanding就行了 也不用太委婉

一句话,意思相同,说法不同效果会完全不同。

楼主一句:if  you are not sincere to do business, i don't want  waste my time! 你对着镜子哭了,镜子里的你会笑?如果笑了,估计你也受不了,吓死了。呵~

关于样品这里,是否收费,运费谁支付,这些不是确定的因素。我认识的许多同行,他们在这样做,样品免费,运费也是他们支付的。但他们只是针对经过公司调查确认为公司潜在客户以后才这样的。

这些因素可以谈的。我有个客户说只能支付信用证,咬得很紧。 最后订单还不是支付现金。

你的WASTE MY TIME,却把进一步谈的机会给堵死了。沟通的问题。

说实话,我跟他发了一个星期的邮件了,我再也没这个耐心了!

是啊,要是有诚意的话别人免费提供样品,没理由他不到付快递非!楼住说得对,他不只我一个供应商!

碰到一样的客户

USA 客户说:hello, I am going to have to pass on working with your company, our business policy is not to pay for samples or freight for samples. Best wishes for your business success。

我回邮件说:Ok, not problem, please go to others who can send you sample for free and still pay the freight for you.



Our policy is we just can provide the samples for free, and customers pay for the freight, we think it is fair to both of us, also it is basic policy of working together. Every week we can receive some samples requests, we can not send all of them for free freight.



So we can not accept your policy and we can not send you samples too unless you pay for the freight. Maybe you know the material is very expensive, although this we still send you for free, and now you ask us to bear freight too, do you know it is fair and good to us? I do not think so.

有些鸟客户就是很嚣张,我们一定要坚持自己的原则。连一点快递费(我的这个才USD50)都不愿意承担的人根本就没有诚意做生意。

我一向的做法是:客户发火之前不能发火,客户无理发火我就一定要发火
