尼日利亚是不是很多骗子?

最近收到一封寻盘, 发了一些公司介绍和产品介绍过去后.收到对方这样的回复:
Thanks for your message reply,

  Now i got our Boards of management reply after i have forward your products to them. So am happy to tell you that they have welcome the products and also  for importation.

And during there meeting, our Sales Director bring an advise that we show better visit your company with our 3 inspection Executive,so that they could come and discuss the business face to face for more relationship in our business.

Now our Boards of Directors have aggreed on the opinion and they have selected those Executives that is going to make the business trip to your company.

So kindly go to your Local Government and make an Enquiry about the invitation letter bcos we have call the China Embassy here in lagos Nigeria and they said we need the Official invitation letter from your Pronvince Local Government foreign affair Depertment.

Get back to us with the Requirement that you will need for the applying of the invitation letter from your Local Government.

我又发我们公司自己的邀请函给他,问他这个行不行,行的话我盖个章fax给你

基本上现在非洲除开南非其它国家的询盘不予回复.不管有多诱惑人.

因为花太多的时间也是浪费.还不如好好休息.

然后收到他这样的回复:

So kindly go to your Local Government and make an Enquiry about the invitation letter bcos we have call the China Embassy here in lagos Nigeria and they said we need the Official invitation letter from your Pronvince Local Government foreign affair Depertment.

Get back to us with the Requirement that you will need for the applying of the invitation letter from your Local Government.

我回复他我和我公司商量一下先,你可不可以给我你具体的公司信息.比如网站啊,还有其他什么的...

今天收到他发了3个附件给我,公司介绍,营业执照,和公司陈述
其中公司陈述模糊,看不清楚.营业执照由于本人经验有限,判断不出什么.
就看的懂个公司介绍.说是在尼日利亚首都的一个创办了8年的进出口公司,经营的产品根据市场的变动而变动,大体有摩托车配件,发动机配件,化学制品,机械设备和摩托车等等.

楼主，多半是骗子，不要理他了。

我一开始就觉得不妥.
我同事说不是大买家就是骗子.
我的判断是,可能他想来我们国家搞什么飞机.可是政府管制又比较严.
就想通过我们的邀请函来过境.
要是真的买家,不怎么可能连产品问都不问清楚就冒昧的要过来..
这也太夸张了..你们说是吧

这也不能说人家是骗子. 因为我遇到两个要求我去帮他们办邀请函的, 一个是外国朋友, 一个是广交会来过我公司且已给我们下了一个大单的土耳其客户.他们现在因生意的事想来中国可惜因为奥运国家政府限制老外来中国, 所以我们无法为他办到邀请函, 你们试试看可以办到不?

我知道是有这种情况的,我们公司也为一个老客户办过邀请函去广交会的.可是我们自己没去广交会,就当帮他个忙.日后好做生意.
可是这人以前出来没接触过的,不知道是什么情况..
你觉得我下面该怎么回复给他好呢???

尼日利亚的好象都是骗子来着:funk:

我没有于丹 尼日尼亚的 客户，但是网上看过那边的骗子多
但是也不是全部都是，小心点好

我也有个英国的客人,说要我把货直接出口到尼日利亚,还说那里的进口家具有限制,要我给他寄样品...??是不是很奇怪???
