within a period of 8  months against upfront payment by
telegraphic transfer.

Payment for this contract is 100% advance by
telegraphic transfer while is delivery is by sea to
Lagos seaport within 8 months upon you/ contractors
receipt of full advance payment.

I am writing you this letter because I want to know
whether your company has the ability to undertake the
contract from the federal ministry of Education  for the
supply of the above listed items?

order from government of any country especially when
