08应届我的上海外贸经历（英文版）

[size=5][[color=Blue]size=4]   All these days I am so busy and don’t have any time to write down my feelings ,but today as our int’l dept manager have gone to USA on business,so I have time at my own disposer,hehe…

  Ever since I came to shanghai to find a job,I have being busy like a bee,going to job market,having interviews,finding place to live and eat and what’s more dealing with my parents and bro’s worry, you can hardly imagine how I felt at that time ,the difficulty was beyond my expectation,not the job itself,but as you see,shanghai is really large city ,sometimes it’s very hard to locate yourself…if you pay little attention to it,you will find yourseltf be in nowhere.[/color]

  [color=Red]But on the other hand ,I am really a lucky man ,it wasn’t difficult for me to find my first job after the first interview,later I knew from my co-worker that I was the only one candidate who passed the  interview among over twenty candidates….. to a freshman everything around was  so fresh,and you can hardly imagine my feelings at that time .duing these days I learned a lot and knew a lot that I had never before experienced, and my  boss was very appreciated my work,but after working for several days, I had a stronger and stronger desire to quit my job and find another one which is more challenging and promising for me. Maybe it is high time for me to leave the company in which I find little space for self-development and I can not obtain more beneficial experience. I do not like complaint which in my mind is of little use. But it is just the reality. Most of the time, the work is just repetition of trivial and familiar things.And I can not make full use of what I have learned. Moreover I find myself have a couple of days sitting in the office without work at all. So I tell myself it is not what I want.[/color]
  [color=Blue] As someone suggests,"Do what you want to do, dream what you want to dream,go wherever you want to go. Because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do ." I do agree. Time is so limited and precious that I should not waste it any more.what’s more ,later I found I was the only person in the company who wasn’t shanghainess ,as the work language there is shanghai hua!! I felt  it was not suitable for me to stay at the company any longer,so at last I quit.(what I learned  from this experience was that before you do anything such as  find a job ,you must think thoroughly if the job suit you ,and you ‘d better investigate the company you are going to work.at least not to leave any regreats later on ).

   [color=Purple]Then again I swarmed into various job markets and  got interviewed many times ,during these interviews I found I became more experienced and stronger than before,such as became  experienced in  interviews,and made many friends who I still connect,contacted people from all works of life,got in touch with  the complexcated world , knew the city ,it’s inner beauty as well as other aspects…after going through all these things ,suddenly I realised that I am an adult now ,I  have to make myself strong and shoulder responsibilities to live up to my parents and my lovers expectations,not to let they down .[/color]  

     Now go on my working experiences..then I worked in shanghai miflooring company which specialize in constructional materials,but I should say that this company really in lack of social responsibility,let me tell you why,its not a big company but they employed 5 foreign traders at a time,and all of the new employees were college 2008 graduate students,I doubted it from the very beginning,at last it turned out that my sixth sensation was right,they employ us just for the 2008 ++++international trade fair,which held two weeks later since the day we worked there…we responsible for receiving foreigners and introducing to them the company and it’s product …and later we learned from the staff there we were the third lot of victims,and the boss was famous for his breaking promises….. coupled with anger we all left the company ,we were all cheated and at that time we really want to sue them for their lack the sense of social responsibility,as you know ,time is a cost to some extent ,waste precious time is some kind of suicide, but as fresh graduate our power is really inadequate to conquer these loathsome private bosses.in my opinion,man is grown up from your experience,as there is no use over the overturn milk so I accepted this reality and look upon ahead ,at least there are much more good guys in this beautiful world,on the other hand,through this trading fair,I got in touched with a lot of foreigers,and practiced my oral English a lot .and what’s more I made several friends and  still get in touch with them. thanks any way !
  
   [color=Red]After quit the job on Saturday ,I sent two piece of resumes to two companies in the shanghai gymnasium job market on Sunday , at last I passed the final interview of both of these two companies, its hard for me at first as which company I should choose.after working in the two company for a short time ,I made a comparison ,A is specialize in food industry and B is air conditioning system,A’s manager is very good to me and regarded me as the main bone of the company,so I would have great chance to practice myself;while B have a lot of talents personel ,as the only person who don’t have any experience I may look down upon not to say render me a lot of chance to dig my potential ;A is much smaller than B and is not as formal as B;A’s product is not as popular as B;A’is located in the center of the city ,is very convenient,while B is in shanghai songjiang ,a little far away from the center city.A’s salary is higher than B but the house rent is higher than B….after carefully thougt I chosed B as now I worked in ,’cause there are greart progress I can make and a lot of talent people I can learn from ,at last it seemed that my decision is a right one ![/color][/color]   [color=Blue] Now I worked in international dept of shanghai velle auto air conditioning Co.,ltd, my work contains making documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, meeting foreigners who visit our company or on other occasions and purchase contracts,follow up  our factories production process and the freight forwarders, inspecting the goods and making some translation for my manager,either oral or written one. As an easy-going person, I have got along with my colleagues fairly well. And the work is hardly tiring to me.especially my co-worker xie,who had worked in south Africa for 7years and is really a good buddy to cooperat with ,everyday there are joyes ,laughs and talkings during our work,I am so happy to work in such a harmonious working atmosphere,….life is going on here…(to be continued)

You encourage me a lot. Now I am in the same situation as your first job.Sometimes I just sitting without nothing to do. I want to quit the job,but I am afraid  it's hard to find a new job again.
And my salary now is very good.So I am hesitate between my dream and a steady life.After reading your experice I find the solution:quite the job as soon as possible. many thanks

Your english is quite good. I don't think you can be so good only through study in school.Right? :)

I'm a girl  graduated in 06, I almost have the same experience and face the similar problem as you  ,I chose steady one now, but  I don't regret by now.

i read the passage ,i think you english is very good that just my lack.
i just a new people work in the company which made of different kind of socks.i was a foregin trade saleperson.
i have a lot of things i don't know ,this is my first job,i will try my best to do it.
i hope have more peole can give your experience share with me .

i gotta say u must have a positive attitude, and u r a optimistical guy....That's one of the key factors bring to where u r now....I think a good attitude really makes difference. Always try to look at things from the bright side.

i am also a recent graduate, and now working for my current company to expore international market, something like you,everyday,just lost myself in busyness, really very tired,but i have learned a lot ,international job is full of challenge, it also a great help in inproving your abilities, so it still deserves, what i want to say is,keep going,and never give up,we are young blood.......................
