信用卡连接Paypal 连接不上,高人帮忙啊

就差最后一步了,工商银行的信用卡,和Paypal怎么也连接不上,根据字面上的意思我已经发邮件到[email]cardproblems@paypal.com[/email].可是一直都没反映也没回复,不知道怎么搞了,有没别人遇到过这样的情况的,怎么处理啊
