if any amount payable under this documentery credit us dollar,it will be paid in any other international alternative  convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate announced on reuters page(afx equal to fex) two banking  days prior to the payment date,大家帮看一下是什么意思啊谢了先

如果信用证项下为美元支付则美元可以由其它国际通用货币替代，二者汇率见付款前2个银行日的路透社报。
仅供参考哈

大体的意思是： 如果任何一个帐号的金额达到了信用证项下的美元金额。就可以付款。美元汇率以任何一个在路透社宣传页上显示的国际性通存通兑的银行汇率。
