求一封邮件--寄样可以但是希望客人支付快递费

如题   我总是不知道怎么组织语言  大虾米肯定都有发过类似的邮件   希望大家可以贡献一份比较好的

小女子不胜感激。。

大意是这样的：

你们所需的样品我们可以提供，但是按照公司规定，需要你们支付快递费，不知道你们是否有DHL，FEDX   （不知道还有其他什么的快递方式，你们知道的话可以补充在这里）的账号？

We can offer you the samples freely ,but according to our company's policy
it should be freight collect
so now I need you offer me your express  account no
such as DHL,Fedex, UPS, TNT
