客户是真心的吗?我该怎么回复客户
我们刚刚开发了一个新产品,这个新产品我知道在国外有专利的。
现在那个有专利的国外客户给我发了一封信过来。说我们是不是拷贝他的产品?也说他正在寻找新的供应商,如果可能把让我们成为他的新的供应商?让偶报价

However, I may be looking for a new manufacturer of the xxxx in China and if you are willing to manufacture the Amby exclusively for my company under license, and to sell to no one else, we may be able to start talking. Our requirements are around 6000 - 10000 units a year. Can you please give me the unit price of the item HSC08111

回复一下,可以实话实说,分析你们的产品的利与弊,给客户提供一个好的选择!同时也可以让客户给你提建议和要求。
说出你们的优势,比如价格和产品质量性能,客户在意的应该是这些最实际的东西!
至于专利,一般都不会去彻查的吧?而且终端的零售更是不会在意。可以参考一些客户的网站,如果客户实力不是很大,他更在意的肯定是价格。
我们客户有时候要求CE,我都给他PS了许多CE,到现在都安然无恙!不过小心当然是好!这样才能做长久的是生意。对客户一定要真诚,多为客户的利益着想。
