有多少欧洲客户提这样要求的？
做 Ebay 零售，通过快递寄过很多包裹到欧洲，一般 0.5kg 到 20kg 一个包裹，从未有人要过什么证书，到福步来学下批发，Google 上找了些网站，发了十几封开发信，收到这样一封回复，要证书，也要提供免费的样品。这生意是不是不可能做，没有这个证书的。
