说3点意见:

1,这种东西一般都是流水化流程化的东西。可以肯定的是,他发这种东西给你的同时,不知已发了多少封相同的询盘给同行了,特别是这种流水帐式的调查表,一般是撒大网一样的采购程序才会用到。

2,收到这种东西,不必庆幸(他是大公司),也不要回避或拖延。只能写多少算多少。如果你们单位有其他业务员或老业务员,问下他们有没写过类似的东西,可以做为一个参考。或者翻译出来问你们老板或你们经理(如果你们经理也懂英文,就直接给他处理)。说白了,这是一些资质性的东西的描述,或者说是自卖自夸的描述,让一个新业务员或对公司不大了解的业务员回复起来难度比较大。从一定意义上来说,这种调查表你甚至可以理解为公关的东西。

3,不要怕写得好写不好影响最后的下不下单,一般这种东西“出现”时,不出意外的话,即使有进展(还别说单子,单子还提不上),恐怕也是3月半载以后的事了。
