豆豆，求助

我的ebay id是madeinearth, 为啥我的账户暂时不能用了？ 请帮我问一下，需要提供什么资料，才能继续用？

今天终于收到ebay的回复, 没有任何给我们解释的权利。而且如果他们竟然说“ If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. ” ，真的是这么拽！ 气死我了！

       We regret to inform you that your account cannot be reinstated. The decision is due to evidence considered by eBay, and the nature of the policy violation which caused the suspension.
While future emails from you will be read, we may be unable to respond.

According to eBay user agreement, eBay services are not available to suspended members. This is stated in the first section of the agreement titled Membership Eligibility. Below is the exact of the section:

Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to persons under 18 years of age or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended eBay members. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. Further, your eBay account (including feedback) and User ID may not be transferred or sold to another party.

豆豆人呢？ 难道这就是ebay的服务态度？

我刚刚去朋友那里打听消息，听说以前全球10大信誉度最好的卖家（信誉度有好几十万的），都被ebay封掉账户了，哎.......，说起来，ebay还是美国的东西，美国对中国卖家还是歧视阿。想想掏宝的服务，难怪以前的意趣会在中国做不起去！！

俺的经验，ebay豆豆没权利处理帐号解冻的，更何况，看LZ的信件，貌似已经被ebay拒绝解冻了吧，找找原因吧，看是不是还有余地

我早就满18岁了......

ebay说他们有证据，但是又不肯跟我们讲，这算什么意思？？
