看我怎样开发拒绝我的客人
做业务的人最无奈的莫过于客人直接对你说NO,但在客人对你说NO的时候也不要放弃。举一个我自己的例子,希望大家能从中有点启示。
一次我在网上看到一个客人的求购,给他发了封希望建立业务关的邮件,开始客人回复不想从国外进口,可我没有因此放弃,而是继续和客人联系,现在终于取得可喜的结果。下面是我和客人的开始来往邮件,希望大家供大家参考和指正:
客人回复旬盘开始:
Dear Sir,
Thanks for your kind reply. We are not importing from other countries. If
you have any branch here in france dealing in the items we need, please do
let us know.

电话后的惊喜
前段时间与英国客人谈一个化妆盒,设计图稿,改了几次,确认好了,我们报最后确认价,老板硬是在原来8块的报价上加了4快五。12.5 的价格报出去之后。客人从此杳无音讯,我发了10封跟踪邮件客人都不回。我知道是因为我们价格提太高的缘故,可自己辛辛苦苦谈了这么久,我又不愿就这么放弃了。
于是4.17号的时候,我给客人打了个长途,简单询问之后,客人说了很多,我也听不太懂,我给客人说我们真得很想与他们合作,如果可以,我可以给他2.5% 的折扣,之后把我的SKYPE 给他,告诉他具体的我们在线谈,客人很高兴,马上就加我了。接下来,当天晚上就搞定了,价格USD1.71/PCS,这个价格还是不错的,我们老板告诉我报1.69呢,我先报1.75 ,最后以1.71成交。虽说单不大,但又给了我一次处理无回音报价的经验。
在此,写出来供大家分享。
下面是部分聊天纪录:

编后语:报价之后要是跟踪多次跟踪都没有信息,可以考虑给客人打个电话问一下情况,也加深客人对你的印象。

现在客人已经下单给我了。虽然才5000个,10000多美元,但通过这个客人让我知道了要坚持和努力,当结果还没有出现时一切都有可能!!千万不要放弃,他回复你了,说明他对你的东西还是感兴趣的。
