偶想请教一下 catalogue都是用什么样的格式?是excel还是用pdf文档?

我觉得不错。
不过没必要追求完美,因为我们觉得很完美,客户未必需要这是他想要的
有的客户是需要你写的很长,尽量介绍自己。
而有的可能比较喜欢你的短和精。
因为大部分的客户需求不相同

也可以在称呼后写上Greetings from xxxx公司,然后介绍一下产品特点,细些,自己感觉质优价廉这样的话没有什么作用。我出去买衣服从来不听卖的人说什么,而是直接看样子,试手感,比大小。所以客观的技术参数之类的可能会更好点。如果真的是价格上很有优势的话,直接报价就挺好,写清楚港口条款等。
