因为我也是刚做这一行不久,没有经验,也就不敢写多,误导了位小姐。但既然喊出了愿望,不能够帮你实现,倒也愿意帮忙。阳春白雪也给了我鼓励。谢谢!

we would like to introduce ourselves to you(有人说听到这一句就知道搞推销的产品的spam),但信不是产品说明书,承上启下也应该有。
We produce a series of ***, (产品介绍) for our unique design and novelty (重点是产品介绍,可以先浏览一下国外的类似产品专业说法,别搞得不中不西,外国人不知道所以然,像environment responsible 之类的话可能会用的到,老外也可能喜欢。但也别写太多,要显得自己很老练,更不能一副低人一等的口吻,应表明:给你联系是给我们双方机会。
If you want to know more information about us, please feel free to contact us, we will send you E-catalogue and other details for your reference.(开发信真的不好写,但谁认为这一句没必要我给谁电话理论)
sales manager(你给客人的面子不小啊,有负责人给他联系,你如果告诉客人你是负责办公室打杂的,效果可能不会很好)
说到主题了,怎么在outlook中设置签名?我不懂啊。请教。

这个我知道,给你说啊,:P 在outlook里的“文件”里有一个“选项”,然后在里面有个签名,在文件的空格里就可以填写你公司的信息,比如名字,网址,你的联系方式什么的了。:victory:

這位朋友提醒的很有道理,仔細想想,這兩種還真有被列為垃圾郵件的可能。
1. 附件,別人懷疑有病毒程序
2. 直接dear sirs,別人會認為是群發的。 所以盡量要提到客戶的公司名稱,讓客人覺得是針對他們的聯絡函,顯示你的誠意。

你们老总都来了,却还是老样子,我认为还不够好。
1)可能我的英语不好,感到你的句子写的好难,好长,如果你的客人英语也不怎么好怎么办?你是出考题呢还是做生意?
2)要注意文章的细节To : *** , United States

现在你写的信反倒有点弄巧成拙的感觉了,得了便宜不卖乖。

我觉得开发信最好是分三步:1 简单说明得到对方信息的方式;2 自己的来意;3 给出公司的联系方式.(信的内容简洁明了,短小精悍)

太烦琐了,你写的内容.其实那些都是多余的! 还有你是不是应该先给自己取个英文名,这样老外会觉得亲切点! 还有在最后你应该给出你公司的网址,以便他去了解你们公司,这很重要!

市场开发信要力求简洁,易懂,够诚意!只要把握好这三点就OK了
